We are seeking an inside sales representative in the Cincinnati or Columbus area who is looking to develop their inside sales career at our company’s new call center. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who excels at selling over the phone and is highly self-motivated. We will teach you everything you need to know about home remodeling so you can confidently discuss our products and services with homeowners and assist them with getting their projects started. Inside Sales Representative Job Description:
- Set appointments for homeowners to receive free estimates on their remodeling projects
- Dial out to 30-35 homeowners per hour
- Tend to inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via traditional/non-traditional marketing avenues
- Follow up with homeowners to build long-term relationships
- Use our sales software to accurately record customer contact information and notes about their remodeling projects
- Attend training sessions to improve your product knowledge and sales skills
Inside Sales Representative Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in telemarketing/inside sales/selling over the phone
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to control the conversation, overcome objections, build rapport, and create a sense of urgency over the phone
- Ability to follow a sales script
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday either 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
