Referral Rewards Terms and Conditions

We are so confident that once you become an AWT customer, you are going to be so pleased with our products and services that it will be natural for you to mention our work to your friends and family. Our $5,400 Referral Rewards Program is a way that you can benefit from doing what you would probably do anyway.

AWT Customers can earn back $5,400 off their purchase price from their last AWT job simply by referring us to family and friends. You can easily send in your referrals by logging into https://www.americanweathertechs.com/referral-rewards/ or
by calling us at 513-759-9904 and let us know the names and contact information for those friends and family members that might like to hear from us about our products and services. If you or your referrals call us, please MAKE SURE it is clear to us that they are your referral – we want to make sure you get the credit for the referral.

If six people you refer to us become AWT customers, we will issue you a check in the amount of $3,000. Furthermore, we will send you a $400 AWT MasterCard Gift Card each and every time one of your referrals purchases from AWT, for a grand total of $5,400.

Here are the important terms and conditions we want you to know about:

1. AWT must be able to clearly determine who is a new referral and reserves the right to decide if a person is a new referral or not. If we already have the person’s name and address in our system, for example, we can’t consider them as a new referral. Obviously, the referral must be newly entered into our system as YOUR referral prior to the first appointment. The referral must meet with us within 24 months for the referral to qualify.
2. A referred person can’t be considered as a new customer until they have bought and paid for an AWT project – with at least a $4,500 purchase price, within 24 months of being referred to us. Only one referral per household will be eligible no matter how many products they purchase (otherwise it would not be fair!)
3. If two or more people refer the same new customer to us at the same time, AWT reserves the right to decide who gets credit for the referral.
4. Liability for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to the referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and AWT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
5. Employees, agents, officers, and directors of AWT, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion in any way. Official Referral Rewards program officially begins October 1, 2023 and does not apply to any customers or referrals made prior to this date.
6. It must be perfectly clear to AWT that the person you refer to us is actually a referral from you, prior to their first appointment, and not from a different marketing source (i.e. TV, radio, newspaper, event, etc.). All referrals made through the internet must be made on the referral rewards page at https://www.americanweathertechs.com/referral-rewards/
7. A referral only qualifies for the Referral Rewards $5,400 promotion for 24 months from the time of initial referral.
8. AWT reserves the right to verify and disclose referral/ referrer information.
9. AWT can choose to pay a winner their referral fee or reward by applying the money against any balances due under a retail installment contract the winner may have entered into with AWT.
